An app that can help track your heart rate has hit the Internet, and it’s pretty darn cool.
“Pokémon Go” is a popular augmented reality game that lets players track their moves in real time and can tell them what they’re doing by sending text messages to friends.

In the game, players are instructed to capture a Pokémon and put it in a nearby PokéStop to “go to the gym,” where they can battle other players to earn badges.
Players can also earn Pokéballs that they can use to catch more Pokémon.
Players are also able to create “tournaments” to compete against other players in the game.
The app even lets you see your heart rates during training workouts.
But what makes it different from the game of its namesake is that Pokémon Go is an augmented reality app, meaning that it’s actually tracking your heart, rather than your brain.
This is an important difference, because we don’t typically think of our hearts as our brains, but rather our bodies.
In fact, many of us have had our heart rate measured.
We use electroencephalography (EEG), which measures electrical activity in the brain, to track our heartbeat.
But most heart rate monitors use electrodes attached to the chest to measure blood pressure and other vital signs.
In this case, the app’s electrodes are on the arm.
These electrodes are placed in a pocket on your body.
The heart rate sensors sit inside your wrist, and they detect electrical signals from the skin.
The electrodes in this case are placed on your forearm.
But because the heart rate sensor is attached to your skin, the electrodes can’t see or feel your muscles.
This can make it difficult to measure your heart in real-time.
In order to measure the heartrate of a person without using a heart rate tracker, researchers have used other methods.
One method is called fMRI, which measures brain activity while you watch an image.
Another method is known as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), which uses MRI scans to measure brain activity.
The current research shows that the heart is not our brains but rather a sensor within our bodies that allows us to feel and move our muscles, and these types of brain imaging have been used in various types of medical applications.
But until now, researchers haven’t used the technology to track heart rate in real life.
The new research in this area comes from researchers at MIT, who developed a heart-rate monitor that uses brain signals to determine whether a person is alert.
In addition to using brain signals, the new study uses blood pressure measurements to measure changes in heart rate.
The researchers showed the heart-like devices to healthy people and showed that people who had heart rate readings of 150 to 200 beats per minute (bpm) had higher blood pressure in the morning than people with lower blood pressure readings.
These people were also more alert and had lower blood pressures when they woke up.
The people who were more alert showed higher blood flow to the heart and higher levels of cortisol, a hormone that helps regulate blood pressure.
The more stress that people experience, the higher their cortisol levels rise.
The next step is to find out how the heart rates change in people who don’t have a heart monitor.
If these results hold up, then this new heart-monitor technology could eventually help doctors identify people who are at risk of developing high blood pressure or heart attacks.
The research is published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
The team hopes that by using brain-like sensors, they can create a device that can be implanted in a person’s body and track the heartbeat in realtime, rather like an electroencephalogram (EEGs).
In this way, a person with high cortisol levels could potentially be tested for high blood pressures or heart attack risk, according to the study.
The device is still very early in development, and the researchers hope that they will be able to make the device more accurate and cheaper, but the technology is still pretty cool, so you might want to get one of these ASAP.
